Flavor profile

Salt and cracked pepper land first — hard, dry, fast. Behind it: garlic, paprika, and a layered peppercorn bite, sharp and a little floral. Finishes long, dry, and peppery, with that salty bark character that pulls you back for more. Runs heavy on salt and pepper by design, so it hits big. One honest note: this is pepper heat, not chile heat — sharp and dry up front, not a slow capsaicin burn. That’s the whole point.

Best on

Popcorn, kettle chips, jerky, pretzels, fries — and steaks, burgers, potatoes, eggs, and steak tacos when you’re cooking.

The region · West Texas

West Texas barbecue is cowboy cooking — meat over mesquite coals, seasoned with nothing but salt and coarse black pepper. This is the loudest can we make, built to taste like brisket bark. On a handful of chips it hits like steakhouse popcorn.

This is a great replacement for your traditional salt and pepper. The garlic flavor has a real nice cake and I put it on my french fries and also on my steak. It was excellent.
