Subscription Policy

How It Works

When you subscribe, you authorize Texas Grit to charge your payment method on file on a recurring monthly basis at the subscription price shown at checkout. Your first order ships immediately; subsequent orders ship on approximately the same date each month.

Pricing

Subscription pricing is locked in at the rate shown when you subscribe. If we change subscription pricing in the future, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before your next billing date. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.

Skipping an Order

You may skip any upcoming order at no charge. To skip, log in to your account and select "Skip" on your next scheduled delivery at least 48 hours before your billing date.

Pausing Your Subscription

You may pause your subscription at any time. While paused, you will not be charged and no orders will ship. You can resume at any time from your account page.

Canceling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees and no penalties. To cancel, log in to your account and select "Cancel subscription," or email us at howdy@gettexasgrit.com. Cancellations take effect before your next billing cycle — you will not be charged again after canceling.

Changing Your Subscription

You can change your blend selection, update your shipping address, or swap products at any time from your account page. Changes made at least 48 hours before your next billing date will apply to your next order.

Refunds

If a subscription order has already shipped, our standard return policy applies. Subscription orders that have not yet shipped can be canceled for a full refund.
